Personal Property (Toys)

PERSONAL PROPERTY (TOYS)

  • Due to the potential interruption to the learning environment and the danger of them being broken, lost or stolen, students should not bring personal items such as toys to school unless given explicit permission by a classroom teacher for an earned reward, project, or presentation.
  • Toys can be a distraction and often lead to lost instructional time. Toys such as Pokémon, NFL Sticker Collection Albums, and Shopkins often involve selling or trading and are best left at home. If items such as these are brought out during the school day, our teachers will collect them and return them to the child at the end of the school day or a parent/guardian at a future date.
  • Caley is not responsible for personal items brought to school.
