Routine Dismissal Form
- Our main office maintains individualized dismissal schedules for each student at Caley. This form will be used to indicate how your child will be dismissed on a routine basis for each day of the week. Please update our office as needed throughout the school year.
- If there is a change in their dismissal for the day please see the Attendance tab for an alternate or early dismissal form.
